Inspiration on demand

When you’re a project manager, people don’t just look to you for direction. They look to you for guidance and sometimes, even inspiration.

Not just project managers, all of us all need inspiration, especially when things don’t go our way. But waiting for it isn’t ideal as you never know when it will strike.

This means we need to be able to summon it when we require it the most.

The best thing about inspiration is that it spreads. So when you’re inspired, everyone around you is inspired too!

Here are a few of our favourite quotes that can inspire you when you’re in need of a pep up, or as motivational speaker Zig Ziglar used to say – “a check-up from the neck-up.” Stick them on your wall or refer to them when you feel you need that extra bit of motivation and you’ll be back on track!
