A reliable tool for a multi-billion dollar research project

“We are using Gantter to track progress in a multi-million dollar research project that involves activities of about a dozen research groups which is currently being installed at a National Lab. We switched to Gantter, as it was easy enough to use for a few of us in comparison to applications that we had used previously. The initial input of our few hundred project activities in Gantter, together with their dependencies, took about a day. This included the time needed to learn how to use Gantter. All group leaders are able to view the schedule. There was concern initially that having the information in the cloud will hurt us due to being unavailable when needed at times. With the exception of a few weeks for a major version upgrade, Gantter worked and we would move again.”
